Step 01 - Hotel Reservation

Fill in your details and submit your booking through the official website.

At this stage, we require the full names of all guests for each room you book. Please prepare this information in advance before making your reservation.


Once the booking is submitted, it cannot be modified.

However, you may provide your Order No. to request a cancellation and then place a new booking.

Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if payment is not completed within 5 days of receiving the invoice.


Inclusions

All room rates encompass the following:

• Breakfast

• Free WIFI

• Airport Transfer Services (Both Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang International Airport)

• Ground transportation between the hotel and the competition venue (round - trip)

Please note that the room rate is exclusive of credit card fees and currency exchange charges.

Payment

Step 02 - Payment

Payment must be made immediately by credit card upon confirming your booking.

Please note that once confirmed, bookings cannot be modified (only cancellation is possible).

Kindly check all details carefully before proceeding with the payment.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Travel

Step 03 - Travel Information Form for Airport Pickup

Please provide your flight details and a clear date and time of arrival so that the event organizers can arrange for your pickup. If your group is arriving on multiple flights, you can submit all the information on a single form. For each group, please specify the exact number of people traveling. The link to fill out the Travel Information Form will be sent by e-mail once payment has been completed.

This service is available from 18th to 26th November 2025.

Airport pickup service is only available for guests who have booked their hotel with us. If you have made other hotel arrangements, please disregard this form.

VISA

INVITATION LETTER REQUEST

To proceed with your VISA invitation letter request, please have the following information ready:

  • Athlete/Official Names: Full names of all athletes and officials.
  • Date of Birth: Date of birth for each individual.
  • Passport Number: Passport number and information for each individual.

This will help us complete your request efficiently.
